Shipped worldwide from the United Kingdom. All mannequins are sent via a tracked and signed for service. I will keep you updated throughout the progress of your order and will email you before dispatch, so you will know when to expect the delivery.

Your mannequin will be carefully packed in a strong double walled box to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify me within 14 days by email to julie@vintagestylemannequins.co.uk.  

In stock items may be refunded or exchanged provided that the item has not been used, that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, and that you have taken reasonable care to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Post and package costs for both the initial purchase and for the return are non refundable. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

In the event of the goods being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and will either refund or exchange the goods. Please send the parcel via a signed for service. Please check carefully before returning any item.

Made to order items are non refundable, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
