If you love the elegance and look of a vintage waspwaisted mannequin, then this mannequin is a perfect choice for you. She is tailored in a a fabulous Harris Tweed fabric and has a tailored back finish.

I am a frequent visitor to the Isle of Harris in The Outer Hebrides and this tweed was purchased there. I had to take her there on our last visit for a photo shoot in Harris itself!

This lovely wasp waist mannequin has been formed from an original French Stockman torso from c1900 and has a tiny 18.5 inch waist! She replicates as closely as possible the tailoring and wood work of the vintage originals. To this end, the seamwork includes the deep v at the front of the torso and the v at the small of the back. The torso itself is made in the original way and is a thick papier mache construction. The mannequin is height adjustable. On receipt your mannequin will require minimal assembly, just attaching the legs to the base of the stand.

She is ideal for –
